Deliveries are made Monday-Friday. For Saturday deliveries please call the shop no later than 4 PM Friday. 916-447-2001. You will not be able to order online on Saturdays.

Orders must be received before 10 AM for same-day local deliveries. Our website will be back up soon!
No guarantee on delivery times. If your order is to go to a funeral service, please include the name of the person whom the service is for so we may coordinate the delivery as needed. Not all attending family members are located by the funeral home staff.
If your order is to be delivered to a place of business, please include notations of work hours. We suggest you check with building security delivery procedures prior to ordering.
For the recipients' peace of mind we require that all card messages include a signature.
Recipient's phone number is used only when our delivery service needs help gaining access to the delivery address (ie gate codes, security checks, etc.) Please include a phone number or your order may be declined.
